1. Memphis (Husky and German Shepherd Dog Mix)

This sweet puppy in San Jose has the best multicolored eyes in the whole world! Memphis is a social puppy who loves other dogs and would be so happy to go to a forever home with another doggie sibling to keep him company. This would be ideal since he is such an active pup, but he could also be okay if his forever humans are pretty active as well. Memphis is likely a husky and shepherd mix, so he may grow to be around 50 pounds as an adult. Both of these breeds are athletic and active, so he’ll need lots of daily exercise and playtime. Siberian huskies are beautiful arctic dogs that typically weigh between 45 to 60 pounds and live 12 to 14 years on average. German shepherds are very loving, faithful, and strong dogs that usually weigh 50 to 70 pounds and live seven to 10 years. Both breeds are heavy shedders.

4. Chester (Australian Shepherd Mix)

What a beautiful little pup! Chester is the sweetest puppy in San Jose and is good to everyone he meets. He is one and a half years old and has a medium level of energy, so he’s a nice balance of an adorable puppy and a relaxing companion. He can play fetch for hours with a smile on his face, but he is just as happy to nap with you on the couch. Chester adores going for walks in the park, running around, or just chilling with his humans. If you’re looking for a cute puppy without quite so much “puppy energy,” Chester might just be the dog for you! Australian shepherd puppies are incredibly loyal and devoted companions, and they make great family pets. These dogs are highly intelligent and eager to please, making them one of the most trainable breeds around. They are also known for their playful nature, which can keep you entertained for hours. 5. Paris (German Shepherd)

This beautiful little girl is currently living with three other shepherds who are teaching her how to be the best doggie she can be. Paris was bottle-fed and hand-raised because her mother unfortunately passed away when she was only a day old. However, she is a loving pup who loves to snuggle and give out puppy kisses. She also loves going on stroller rides and soaking in the fresh air, napping, eating, and playing. Paris has a stunning black coat with brindle-colored legs that give her a unique and beautiful appearance. German shepherds are beautiful and confident dogs that are smart and courageous. They are very affectionate, loyal, and gentle, although they are also quite strong. These dogs are extremely smart and trainable and can make great protectors and companions. German shepherds are pretty heavy shedders, especially when the seasons change once or twice a year. Paris will need to be brushed every few days to help remove her extra hair. In addition, German shepherds are very athletic and active, so Paris will need lots of exercise to keep her happy and healthy. Female German shepherds like Paris typically weigh 50 to 70 pounds when fully grown and live seven to 10 years on average.

Both breeds are fairly small, so Chipmunk isn’t likely to get very big. They are both also healthy breeds that live between 12 to 16 years on average. 7. Lemon Drop (Siberian Husky)

Meet Lemon Drop, the sweet pup front and center with the adorable orange bowtie. Lemon Drop is a big and lovable husky puppy in San Jose who loves to play and explore. He’s very brave, leading his sister in all sorts of shenanigans. Lemon Drop has a gentle nature and also enjoys cuddles and being held close. Unlike his sister, he doesn’t sleep much (he’s an early riser) and always wants to be up and about playing. For this reason, he needs an owner who is willing to give him the love and attention he needs when he needs it most. Lemon Drop would love a forever family who is active and really wants a playful dog, but also enjoys cuddling. He’s smart and loves to learn new tricks, so he will need someone willing to put in the time to train him properly. Siberian huskies are beautiful arctic dogs that are outgoing and loyal. They typically weigh between 45 to 60 pounds and live 12 to 14 years on average. Huskies are affectionate dogs and are great with other dogs as well. Their plush coat needs to be brushed weekly, and they shed their undercoat twice a year. 8. Snow (Schnauzer and Jindo Mix)

Although his early days were rough (Snow was rescued from the meat market trade in Korea), Snow is a sweetheart and is now looking for his forever home (he is the cute white pup in the middle of the top row). Snow is often shy at first and tends to find his confidence from being with other dogs. He would love a forever home with another doggie sibling who can play with him and show him the ropes. His forever family should also understand shy dogs since Snow needs time to settle in. Snow is a quick learner, and he knows that if he does tricks, he’ll get treats! He loves exploring new smells on walks and meeting other dogs. Although Snow is still young and likes to pull when walking, with more training he will learn how to walk politely. His favorite part of the day is playing with his neighborhood pup friend! Schnauzers are smart and spirited dogs who are very affectionate and sweet. They have a lot of energy and love to be included in everything their family is doing. Jindos are intelligent dogs and very loyal companions. They are also high-energy and athletic dogs who need a lot of exercise and physical and mental stimulation. However, they also have impeccable house manners and are very polite. Jindos also like following their owners around the house and often curl up in the corner to keep an eye on them. Schnauzers are usually 35-50 pounds, and Jindos are usually 40-50 pounds. Both breeds live around 13 to 16 years on average.
